Los Pikes is by Isaac Lamb, Arco Maher and Dresden Leitner for Stone Island. The book documents the Pilotos behind the stunt-driving scene in Medellín, Colombia. Wearing a mix of Stone Island AW25-26 and vintage pieces from the Arco Maher archive. The pictures are beautiful.

A dream come true, and something that unfolded serendipitously. a meeting in Milano, a passing mention on a podcast, and soon after, the physical adaptation of Los Pikes was born. Stone Island is a brand of immense integrity, one I’ve long admired. The book launched at Dover Street Market London during Frieze Week, October 2025, and is available exclusively through Friend Editions, in a very limited quantity. Ewen Spencer is a (one of my absolute favorite) British photographer. He is a legend, actually. I forget why or how we met in NYC, I think it was to do with another book. But then we made One Night in Watford. This book is my youth and my generations youth, from the UK at least. I am more than honored to make it and am excited for you to see it. Thank you Ewen.

Christine Yerie Lee's yearbook on BUL explores an experimental rock opera inspired by the Korean folktale of Bulgasari, an iron-eating monster that frees the oppressed, and the 1985 North Korean film Pulgasari, directed by South Korean Shin Sang-Ok under Kim Jong Il’s captivity.

An incredible journey, a captivating story, and stunning imagery all brought together by an exceptional artist and dear friend.

Brendan came to me a while back with a wild idea for a book or zine. I think it was a book about porn dvd covers. I forget why we didn't do it. Maybe the timing was wrong or something. I'd seen his previous book and I loved it. Back then I didn't know him personally, but now I do, and getting to know him has given me a deeper understanding of his excellent work. He is an archivist by practice. Every image you see in his work, he owns in physical form. He is one of my favorite visual artists. Orion is, in my opinion, his best work yet. 

I am honored to publish this book with and for him, and to include a really perfect foreword by legend and book Jesse Pearson.

If you know Christian you know he is bursting at the seams with good-fun energy, putting 400 images in a book that are not only really good images, but match the bright and fast energy of Christian is an almost perfect way to show people the inside of his brain. 

I can't write but that sounded good in my head and if it's understood even a little then thats cool. This book is gonna be fucking huge. No bells and whistles. Big and heavy and floppy.

Blair is a legend in the scene— having worked for Transworld for 20 years and photographing some of the biggest names in the industry. When he first called he said "Pro skaters are notoriously bad at getting their portraits taken", I'd never really thought of that until I saw the content. If you grew up skateboarding you'll know every face in this book, younger and older. It's really fun in that way.

Loss of Amnesia is a story about a guy (Brett) who has been working on the railway in Canada for 8 years. It’s a visual and written diary of his time at work. All of the photos and writings are taken from his interactions. It's really interesting to read and impossible not to look at. Thanks Jerry for the intro.

What can I say about Randy? Honestly, one of my favourite bodies of work I have seen of Jack's. For context, Jack and I have been friends for a while and I have been a fan of his work for longer. We have been talking about making a publication of some sort for ages— when I heard about Randy and saw some images it was a perfect opportunity to make it. The outrageous finishing on the paper (high gloss laminate to 36 fo the 40 pages) compliments Randy himself, I think.

Everyone should have Randy.

He also takes a picture or two of everyone who visits, using the infamous Polaroid Big Shot camera. Nero is the best and Salt and Pepper rules. You might be in this book.

Needless to say it’s a spectacular honor to publish it for him, someone who exudes massive talent, someone who I have all the respect in the world for and someone who is a great friend. Me and Phoenix have been working on this book since 2020. It is the reason we first met. We have made 2 or 3 books since. We even had trouble with it when printing and when we launched it some people stole it. It is beautiful (some of Phoenix's best work IMO) and cursed. I love it.

From Noah: Mark Custer is a 24-year-old photographer from Washington, D.C. and has been photographing for Noah since our inception. Many of the shoots were done autonomously with his vast network of friends and collaborators, which gives his work a candid, casual authenticity rooted in skateboarding, but clearly transcends beyond it. We have compiled a series of previously unseen photos into a small run of books by Friend Editions.

Alex is one of my best friends and favourite artists. When he had his first museum show we knew it was only right I make the book. When the Long Beach Museum of Art agreed for me to co-publish it, we got to work.

I am honored and proud to be able to publish Alex's beautiful work and call him my friend.

Colin is a dear friend and talented artist, I made his first book with him. When my other dear friends commune (Tokyo) asked if i wanted to design and co-publish this book with them/for Colin I was over the moon.
