Last summer I had a scary incident in the sea, pulled out by rip tides. Trying to fight the force of the ocean, my body quickly became exhausted, I was scared and panicked. The waves kept coming larger and faster, and I couldn’t catch my breath or my racing thoughts. I thought I was staring directly at the end of my life."
